Refund & Return Policy

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or Replacement.

  • The returns and refunds are applicable for transit damage or defective product(s) only.

  • Once the product is shipped from our side you cannot cancel the order.

  • In case the product has already left our facility, Cancellation will be done after deducting Payment Gateway charges and Forward & Return courier cost.

  • In the case of cancellation, you should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

  • If our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.

  • There is no warranty on string sets, Plectrums and other accessories.

  • We are unable to accept returns from customers under any circumstances other than manufacturing defects.

  • All customers are requested to inform us of any wrongly delivered products, products damaged in transit and products with manufacturing defect within 48 hours from their delivery at customer’s address. Claims beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

  • The refund will be processed once the product has been received by us in intact condition and after proper examination by our after sales team.
